Business Development Manager

Location:

Work Authorization Requirements:

  • MUST be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • MUST be available to start working within 3 weeks of the offer acceptance date.

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthening relationships with existing clients and developing new relationships (leads will be provided)

  • Surveying and analyzing the market and generating possible business opportunities

  • Focusing on understanding problems with potential clients, devising solutions with the engineering team, proposing the solutions, and closing the business

  • Developing strategies and roadmaps for marketing the company’s capabilities

  • Supporting the engineering team to identify and meet customer requirements

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of business development experience, preferably in the electric mobility and/or autonomous vehicle field.

  • An engineering background is required, as the job involves bridging the gap between business development and technical solutions.

  • Must have the ability to recognize opportunities and develop new business relations.

  • Must have the ability to discuss potential problems with clients and come up with solutions.
