Chargeup’s Chief Digital Officer Satish Mittal Gets Elevated to Co-Founder

Satish joined Chargeup in early 2023 as the Chief Digital Officer and was later upgraded to this role. Prior to that, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Vodafone and a top leader at Meta.

Satish Mittal has been promoted to co-founder of Chargeup, which intends to develop a driver-centric platform to electrify last-mile mobility in the nation. Satish, who joined Chargeup earlier this year as the Chief Digital Officer and oversaw partnerships, tech, and data initiatives, has a plethora of experience to his new role. He was formerly the Chief Technology Officer at Vodafone and a top executive at Meta.

According to Satish, the EV business is now where telecom was thirty years ago. It was difficult to imagine the future course of the telecom business in the 1990s, but it is now a real thing, moving from fantasy to actuality. The EV market is now in a similar stage of development and has similar growth potential. EVs are a promising new market that benefits communities, the environment, and sustainability in addition to being economically beneficial.

With its technology-driven platform and data-driven approach, Chargeup is leading the way in redefining last-mile mobility in this regard. The company’s goal is to enable one million drivers by providing them with increased income and financial stability and by fostering a community of driver entrepreneurs. Chargeup wants to revolutionize the EV market and move drivers from the off-road to the mainstream of business by utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

“Chargeup’s vision and mission to empower drivers align with my belief in the transformative power of technology for societal betterment,” stated Chief Digital Officer Satish Mittal, discussing the new role. In the same way that incorporating technology into tiny roadside businesses transformed them, I firmly believe that developing tech for the expanding EV community might be the next big thing in the nation. In order to foster trust among drivers, create an on-the-go business ecosystem for stakeholders, and guide Chargeup toward becoming a mobile-first firm, my goals are to promote digital empowerment and neighborhood physical assistance.

“The Indian e-mobility sector is at a crucial juncture where it is extremely important to provide the right ecosystem to EV drivers, especially in the shared mobility segment,” Chargeup CEO and founder Varun Goenka remarked in response to this appointment. Here, Chargeup is concentrating on developing deep partnerships, and Satish’s broad experience in the mobility-tech space will further expand the company’s capabilities. I’m excited about his priceless contributions and his direction of Chargeup’s numerous rapid growth projects.
