Join our Hands-On Controls program to get first-hand experience of the most modern techniques used for modelling automotive system controls. This program will walk you through the basics of modelling, vehicle system dynamics, control designs and practical application to the problems at hand.
In this remote program, you will work with our engineering team for 500 hours over the course of 3 months to research the latest control functions in the domains of eMobility Controls or Autonomous Systems, while creating working s/w prototypes and writing SAE/IEEE reports.

What are the softwares required for pursuing this program?
You only need MATLAB and Simulink installed on your laptop/computer. The daily meetings will be conducted through Zoom meetings.
What is the difference between the enrolment for students and professionals?
You need to have an active university email ID for enrolling as a student. You may also need to submit a college ID card as proof. You can also enrol as a student if you have completed your graduation but haven’t been employed yet.
What will be the timings of the daily meetings?
Usually, the daily meetings will be held between 8 am and 10 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) (6:30 pm to 8:30 pm IST). Applicants can discuss their availability and finalize a 1-hour slot with the project mentors on Day 1 of the program.
How much time will the applicants require to spend on a daily basis?
There will be 1-hour meetings every day. Based on the tasks that the mentors expect the applicants to complete, they may need to spend 1 to 1.5 hours apart from the meeting slots.
What are the technical requirements to get enrolled in the program?
Engineers with a good understanding of control systems and a strong fundamental knowledge of automotive systems are well-suited for this program. A basic understanding of MATLAB-Simulink and Stateflow is required, as all projects will use these softwares.
