Head - Business Development and Sales & Marketing

Work Authorization Requirements:

  • MUST be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • MUST be available to start working within 3 weeks of the offer acceptance date.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business from OEM customers looking to make their supply chain for engine and engine components, secure, reliable, and globally competitive using factor cost advantages offered by manufacturing in India.
  • Generate new business from large after-market distributors in North America for engine and engine components across industrial applications.
  • Develop and help implement the people and physical infrastructure that Dorleco Engineering needs to setup locally to be accepted as a long-term credible and reliable supply chain partner for their North American customers.
  • Build a roadmap for industry associations and other relevant networks that DORLECO needs to be part of to secure a long-term, right-to win.
  • Cultivate a substantial market presence through uniquely devised entry approaches that align with our overarching business objectives.
  • Execute precisely targeted sales and marketing campaigns that spotlight our products in the North American domain.

Required Skills:   

  • 10+ years of business development experience, preferably in the electric mobility and/or autonomous vehicle field.

  • An engineering background is required, as the job involves bridging the gap between business development and technical solutions.

  • Must have the ability to recognize opportunities and develop new business relations.

  • Must have the ability to discuss potential problems with clients and come up with solutions.

Salary: 

  • Range USD 150K – 200k
