Our upcoming projects require working on HIL-based testing as well as systems integration testing. A vehicle test engineer is required to work with a small team of design engineers and support testing on engineering projects in Novi, Michigan.
•Supporting Hardware-In-Loop (HIL) based testing and systems integration testing of Ethernet/CAN/LIN based Powertrain, Body or Charging domain ECU(s).
•Development of tools and/or test environment
•Specification and automation of test cases
•Execution of tests in manual/automated environment, reviewing logs/reports/traces/data collected and reporting bugs.
•HW/SW documentation, requirements analysis, test vector development, scripts testing.
•Creating Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) as per validation plan given from the customer.
•Real-world experience with data acquisition and analysis processes
•Experienced in developing comprehensive test results and well written technical test reports
•Should be able to plan, execute and deliver testing projects for systems based on Ethernet/CAN/LIN communication protocols
•4 to 6 years of experience working with automotive controls
•Should have valid work authorization to work in USA
