In accordance with this partnership, Honda Power Pack Energy India will set up a network of rapid exchange stations in Tier-1 cities all across India and supply Omega Seiki Mobility with swappable batteries.
Honda Power Pack Energy India and Omega Seiki Mobility, a maker of electric vehicles, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide swappable batteries for each other’s vehicles.
According to the agreement, Honda Power Pack Energy India, a division of Honda Motor Co., Limited in Japan, would supply Omega Seiki Mobility with interchangeable batteries and set up a network of quick interchange stations in Tier-1 cities all throughout India.
Range anxiety should disappear as a result of battery swapping, which will also bring down EV costs.

According to Mr. Narang, his company plans to install Honda e: Swap Technology in more than 10,000 cars in the passenger and cargo divisions over the next two years.
