Here’s our second Vehicle Control Unit for electric mobility supervisory control applications with fully-built base software and Simulink-based application development. This VCU comes in a metal enclosure and with added pins for the I/O configuration.

Ideal for commercial EV controls

The TC111 is a Delphi-based EV control unit with simulink based programming, flashing, and calibration tools designed to operate in rugged, automotive 12V vehicle systems.

The TC111 has extensive IO, including analog, digital, and PWM inputs, high-side, low-side, and H-Bridge output drivers. The TC111 also has multiple communication channels with 3 CAN FD channels, 1 selectable LIN Master/Slave bus, and 1 SENT RX input channel.

This powerful module is perfect for applications that require a high-performance CPU along with CAN, CANFD and LIN connectivity.

The TC111 is one of the rugged production controllers that use a software development process based upon MATLAB/Simulink which significantly speeds up algorithm development by using automatic integration and code generation. In addition, developers can quickly evaluate application software using simulation and automated testing.
