“After the first edition of Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024 concluded, “This will be the largest gathering of startups, unicorns, and soonicorns under one roof showcasing the India story—the story of our youth, talent, technology, innovation, and spirit of inquiry,” Goyal said in a statement to the media.
India boasts the third-biggest startup ecosystem, therefore he proclaimed that this would be the “largest event for startups” and that “let’s show it to the world”.
“Software and technology businesses have the potential to significantly impact the mobility sector by up to USD 150 billion. The Bharat Mandapam hosted the function from February 1–3.
Goyal stated that the Bharat Mobility Global Expo Show featured “over 100 startups present” in addition to over 1,000 exhibitors. On the second day of the presentation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi went and “personally met 10 of them”.
Concurrently, the 5th edition of ACMA Automechanika New Delhi was held, attracting over 500 exhibitors from 12 different nations, including India.
The Minister went on to say that moving future, the Bharat Mobility Global Expo Show will be held annually. The Auto Expo, the premier motor show, was hosted by SIAM at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, and the Auto Components Show by ACMA at Pragati Maidan, until last year. January 2023 saw the conclusion of the biennial competitions.
Goyal said that “We are all going to work together to make this (Bharat Mobility Show) an annual event”. This time around, the concert “was put together only in two months, start to finish”.
